On Thursday, May 19, PinPoint Restaurant will host a special dinner featuring Blackberry Farm Brewery starting at 6:30pm. The brewery, located at the Relais & Chateaux property—Blackberry Farm, in Walland, TN produces small batch beers in small quantities. All of the beers are packaged unfiltered and go through a 100 percent bottle re-fermentation which produces natural effervescence and makes them suitable for cellaring.
These beers are very limited and the Classic Saison just won the 2016 World Beer Cup Gold Medal in the French and Belgian-Style Saison.
For the special dinner, Chef Dean Neff will offer a six course dinner paired with a selection from the Blackberry Farm Brewery portfolio, which is just now available in the Wilmington area, for $85 per person including tax and gratuity. Tickets may be purchased by visiting http://bit.ly/1sb9sDl.
