PinPoint Restaurant will host local popular brewery—Wilmington Brewing Company—for a special Beer Dinner on Thursday, April 28 at part of NC Beer Month. Chef Dean Neff and local brewer John Savard are collaborating on the six-course, seven beer menu pairing. The dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. and is $75 per person including tax and gratuity.

Cask of Bier Garden Kölsch
Smoked & Beer Braised House Brats with spicy caraway-beer mustard wrapped in sour green cabbage leaves
Harkers Island Oysters with WBC Kölsch mignonette
Smoked NC Sturgeon with crème fraîche, and caviar on crisp potato chip
SECOND COURSE
Tropical Lightning IPA
Braised Spanish Octopus with romanesco, black garlic, shaved serrano peppers, pickled sea beans, and purslane-orange salad
THIRD COURSE
Lemon Ginger Saison
Poke of cured Hawaiian Marlin toro with young coconut, yuzu granite, and coriander aioli on hearts of palm
FOURTH COURSE
Midtown Swank
Smoked Border Springs Lamb Rib Mole, hand-pressed tortillas, and radish slaw
Raspberry Saison

Vanilla Coffee Porter
Coffee-Cured Grilled Venison Loin with whipped lardo, fig agrodolce, slow roasted sorghum sweet potatoes
SIXTH COURSE
Blair's Breakfast Stout
Chocolate, coconut, dulce de leche
The menu was created as a collaboration between the culinary team at PinPoint Restaurant and the brewers at Wilmington Brewing Company after a special tasting of all of the beers at the brewery.
