PinPoint Restaurant will offer a special Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Tasting Menu on both February 13 or 14 for $65 per person. The five course menu will feature items including Masonborro NC oysters with champagne gelee and NC caviar, local greens with persimmon, satsuma, mascarpone, candied pepitas, and champagne vinaigrette, salsify soup with crème fraiche, chive, and chili-poached Alaskan King Crab, Border Springs lamb chops with celery root skordalia, seared bright lights Swiss chard, and chimichurri and a duo of flourless chocolate cake and satsuma chiffon tart with love potion anglaise.
